In her capacity as pro-tem hearing examiner for Olbrechts and Associates, Ms. Terrell acts as the hearing examiner and issue decisions or assists Mr. Olbrechts by drafting decisions under his name. In the last few years, Ms. Terrell has conducted nearly a hundred hearings and written over 200 decisions for cities and counties all over Western Washington. Ms. Terrell was on the team that wrote the EIS appeal decision in Black Diamond, WA for the King County’s largest ever subdivision application. Present O&A clients include the Cities of Auburn, Bellingham, Black Diamond, DuPont, Edmonds, Federal Way, Fife, Fircrest, Kenmore, Lakewood, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mount Lake Terrace, Port Townsend, Renton, and Woodinville, Mason and Snohomish Counties and the Seattle School District.
